THE WESTERN Bulldogs have been hit with a $2000 suspended sanction for a breach of player payment rules.
The fine has been suspended until October 31, 2021 and is in relation to AFLW player travel.
AFL general counsel Andrew Dillon advised it was found to be an inadvertent breach and that the club fully co-operated with the investigation.
The Bulldogs finished the season in sixth place in Conference B in coach Nathan Burke's first season at the helm.
