What's your nickname?
I've got a few. It's simply Ash – my name shortened – or Ashy, and some girls have started calling me Rashy now, connecting my last name. It's no good but we'll roll with it.
Which team did you first barrack for?
Collingwood. I still have a soft spot for the Pies and was watching them throughout the finals series and was hoping they'd make the Grand Final but maybe next year.
Favourite mobile phone app?
It'd have to be my calendar, just because it puts me into line and I can actually figure out what I've got to do each day, otherwise I'd be lost.
Which teammate would be your ideal Amazing Race partner?
I'd accept anyone in the team, other than Beth Lynch. She'd be no good. She's just very impulsive and wouldn't read the questions thoroughly and I think she'd lead me astray. I'd back myself in.
If you could be any AFLW player for a day, who would you be and why?
You'd have to say Erin Phillips, I think. She's an absolute superstar and she's ripped and fit, so it'd be nice to be her for a day.
Outside of playing footy, what would be your dream job?
Obviously, I love footy and going into the teaching world would definitely be a dream job.
Worst teammate on social media?
Not selfies, just dogs. Jenna Bruton and 'Jassy' Garner just post their dogs all the time – they need to get a bit more creative with their material.
Which songs are on your pre-game playlist?
I'm happy with anything but I like a lot of the '90s, and a bit of 'Sandstorm' gets everyone up and about.
Who is the coach's pet and why?
Jess Trend, hands down. She's the biggest coach's pet. She'll always go up to the coaches, get coffees, do little things like that – just to be noticed.
What's one thing most people wouldn't know about you?
One thing most people wouldn't know about me is that I obviously live in Melbourne but I also lived in Sydney and Perth when I was younger, just through dad's work. I was born in Sydney. Dad's the manager of a safety company and moved around a bit.
