Kiara Bowers, Fremantle, has been charged with Rough Conduct (Dangerous Tackle) against Anne Hatchard, Adelaide Crows, during the first quarter of the Round Three match between the Adelaide Crows and Fremantle, played at Norwood Oval on Sunday February 14.
