MELBOURNE may have lost rebounder Sinead Goldrick for the season, but the Dees will be boosted by the return of Meg Downie from an ankle injury.
Goldrick needed surgery after tearing her hamstring tendon, while Downie injured her ankle in a practice match back in January.
Saturday's match against Brisbane will mark her first AFLW game for the season.
The Lions have made one change, losing Shannon Campbell to concussion, with Rheanne Lugg taking the rugged defender’s spot.
North Melbourne has opted to bring in Beth Lynch – who usually lines up in defence – in place of the suspended Jenna Bruton for its must-win game against Fremantle.
Despite losing to Melbourne last week, the Dockers have chosen not to make any changes.
Young Gold Coast midfielder Ellie Hampson will play her first game for the season, after missing most of 2021 with a foot injury. She returned through the QAFLW last week.

Runner Tori-Groves Little has returned from concussion, with Janet Baird and Britt Perry making way.
The Suns will be up against the also winless Geelong, who have made two changes of their own.
Jordy Ivey and Georgie Rankin (concussion) return from injury, with Bec Goring (managed) and Denby Taylor (shoulder) missing the Cats' final game of the season.
