FREMANTLE speedster Ash Sharp will sit out the 2021/22 NAB AFLW season due to pregnancy.
The 23-year-old made the announcement on her Instagram account on Thursday, and is due in December when the new season is set to kick off.
An inaugural Docker, Sharp has played 34 games for Fremantle over the past five seasons, booting 25 goals.

"Surprise! Three-point shooter or goal-kicker?" Sharp posted, alongside a photo of an NBA and Fremantle baby jumpsuits.
She will move to the inactive list, with Fremantle to work with the AFL over the next few weeks around signing a replacement player.
The Dockers have already delisted Alex Williams, Jess Trend and Tarnee Tester ahead of the AFLW Sign and Trade Period, which will commence on Monday, May 31.
