THE ACCOLADES keep coming for lively Brisbane forward Courtney Hodder, winning the 2021 rebel Goal of the Year for her round nine effort against Melbourne.

And Crow Danielle Ponter may not have won a premiership medal over the weekend, but her incredible leap against the Western Bulldogs in round eight has been recognised as the Four'N Twenty Mark of the Year.

Hodder's scintillating run down the far flank at Casey Fields started on the wing, and saw her outrun another speedster in Shelley Heath, soccering the ball forward and picking up the resulting bounce cleanly.

She then finished neatly with a drop punt from close to the boundary, defying the notoriously tricky wind at the ground.

The other nominees were Jess Fitzgerald (round three v Geelong) and Chloe Molloy (round six v Western Bulldogs).

Ponter soared against the Western Bulldogs, jumping over Ash Guest and Rachelle Martin to take her grab.

She even had time for a mid-air adjustment, twisting her body to fall in line with the flight of the ball.

All three finalists took their mark against the Western Bulldogs, with Tayla Harris (round two) and Ellie McKenzie (round nine) also nominated.

Both Hodder and Ponter won $10,000 for their efforts, courtesy of rebel and Four'N Twenty respectively.

At the end of the 2021 home and away season, the AFLW All-Australian panel selected the nominations for each award.

The winners were then decided by the panel of 10, with the fans' collective decision also counting as an additional single vote in each category.
