AFLW-Listed Players

Swan Districts kept its undefeated season alive with a win over East Fremantle, Mikayla Hyde was on Swans Districts' best with her three goals.

She was well supported by Fremantle teammate Steph Cain who was listed as Swan Districts' best player and also hit the scoreboard.

Philipa Seth fought hard for the Sharks who ended up falling to Swan Districts by 49-points.

Subiaco has won four of its last five games with a 15-point win over Peel Thunder, and Hayley Miller was instrumental in the win alongside GWS’s Aimee Schmidt.  

Sabreena Duffy was again in Peel Thunder's best for her efforts in the loss.

South Fremantle is still yet to notch a win this WAFLW season, going down to Claremont by 29 points, with Kate Orme amongst the team's best in the win.

State League Players

Abbygail Bushby helped Swan Districts in its big win with her two goals, while Jessica Cox was also in the team’s best.

For East Fremantle, Madeline Ross was in the best players for her work in the loss.

Former Docker Lara Filocamo was noted for her work in Subicao’s win over Peel Thunder while Ebony Bilcich was in the votes for Peel Thunder.

Amy Franklin was dangerous inside forward 50 with her three goals helping Claremont get the win over South Fremantle.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA 

AFLW-Listed Players

Norwood’s SANFLW season came to an end with a straight sets exit out of the finals at the hands of West Adelaide.

Chelsea Biddell played a role in sending her side to the Grand Final with two goals from 13 disposals.

Victorian Sarah Dargan was also influential in the game, collecting 19 disposals, four tackles and five clearances in the win.

Norwood’s Najwa Allen didn’t have her usual output against Wests, only managing 8 disposals and two tackles. 

State League Players 

West Adelaide’s young guns stepped up in the Preliminary Final with Zoe Venning the best of the bunch with her 24 disposals, three tackles, four clearances and five inside 50s.

Lauren Young was also in the team's best with her 15 disposals and seven tackles while Melanie Elsegood helped Wests on their way to the 24-point win with her two goals.

Leah Cutting and Tesharna Maher did their best to keep Norwood in with Cutting again dominant in the ruck and Maher collecting 18 disposals.

QUEENSLAND 

AFLW-Listed Players 

Maroochydore had a big win over Coolangatta Tweed with Isabel Dawes and Shannon Campbell amongst the best in the big win.

Britt Perry was in the votes for Coolangatta in the loss and also hit the scoreboard.

Greta Bodey and Dakota Davidson combined for nine goals in University of Queensland’s 102-point win over Wilston Grange. There was plenty of AFLW talent on display with Nat Grider and Bre Koenen also among the University's best players.

Lions trio Ally Anderson, Jade Ellenger and Jess Wuetschner all hit the scoreboard in Cooparoo’s win over Aspley. Sophie Conway was the best player for the Hornets in the loss.

Yeronga South Brisbane came close to ending Bond University’s unbeaten run but fell short by 7-points. Kalinda Howarth kicked two goals with fellow Suns Ellie Hampson, Lucy Single and Lauren Bella also appearing in the best for Bond.

Emily Bates returned to play for Yeronga South Brisbane with Courtney Hodder and Gabby Collingwood also fought hard for the Devils.

State League Players

Emma Day was the star for Maroochydore in the big win over Coolangatta with her six goals, Makeisha Muller also put three goals past the Coolangatta defence.

Rachel Vetter also had two goals for University of Queensland and Madi Crowley-Long was also noted for her performance in the win.

Bond University’s Lucinda Pullar was in the best for her efforts in keeping the Sharks undefeated.

VICTORIA

There was no VFLW this weekend due to the seven day lockdown in the state.

NEW SOUTH WALES

AFLW-Listed Players

UNSW Eastern Suburbs Bulldogs and UTS played out a thriller with the Bulldogs coming away one-point winners. Tait Mackrill kicked two goals and was best afield for the Bats in the tight contest.

Giants pair Rebecca Privitelli and Emily Pease both had two goals with Pease also judged best afield for her efforts in the Inner West Magpies' close loss to the North Shore Bombers.

Emily Goodsir had three goals in a best on ground performance for Manly Warringah Wolves in the big win over Southern Power. Lisa Steane and Libby Graham also appeared for the Wolves in the big win.

Jodie Hicks' Macquarie University went down by just two points to Sydney University, Hicks featured for Macquarie but couldn’t quite get the job done.

State League Players 

Casidhe Simmons helped the Bulldogs over the line against UTS with her three goals and was well supported by teammate Senna Gulden (sister of Sydney Swans' Errol).

Natalie Pajor and Brianna-Lee Wade were among Pennant Hill Demons' best for their two goals apiece in a loss to the undefeated East Coast Eagles.

East Coast Eagle’s Rylee McGartland’s goal-kicking form continues with her three goals against Pennant Hills, while her teammate Renee Tomkins was amongst the best for her efforts in keeping the Eagles' winning streak alive.

Sophie Gidley was the North Shore Bombers' best in the close win over the Inner West Magpies.

The Wolves were also bolstered by the efforts of Swans Academy member Jess Doyle, who has played the last two rounds in the VFLW with Williamstown. She kicked two goals in the win.

Rebecca Mitchell and Natalia Waterson were instrumental in getting Sydney University over the line against Macquarie University.

CANBERRA 

State League Players

Belconnen Magpies went to the top of the ladder with a big win over Tuggeranong Valley and it was Maggie Gorham’s bag of five that was the highlight.

Ainslie Tricolours put 18 goals past the Gungahlin Jets with Renee Friend kicking six and her teammate Sophie Travis the next best with four goals.

Quenbeyan Tigers saw off the Eastlake Demons by 32-points and Isabel Kennedy was noted for her efforts in the win. Stacey Close was also noted for the three goals she put past the Demon’s defence.
