Swan Districts overcame Subiaco to book themselves a spot in the WAFLW Grand Final. Steph Cain was one of Swan Districts' best on the day.
Hayley Miller did her best to help the Lions into its second Grand Final in as many years but couldn’t get the Lions over the line.
State League Players
Emily McGuire’s three-goal performance was the defining factor in Swan Districts' preliminary final win.
Nyra Anderson’s two goals were also integral for the win as was the performance of Aimee Ralph in defence.
For Subiaco Tarnica Golisano and McKenzie Dowrick were highlighted for their performances in the loss.
QUEENSLAND
AFLW-Listed Players
Bond University and Maroochydore played out a thrilling preliminary final and it wasn’t until the final quarter that Bond kicked its first goal.
After that the floodgates opened for the home side who were able to put away Maroochydore by 16 points to make the QAFLW Grand Final.
Lucy Single and Serene Watson were listed as two of Bond University’s best and Wallis Randell and Taylor Smith had crucial goals for Bond.
Isabel Dawes kicked Maroochydore’s only goal and was deemed her side's best player in the loss.
State League Players
Lucinda Pullar was another Bond University player who kicked a crucial goal in the final quarter to get her side over the line. She was also among the votes for her efforts in putting Bond into the Grand Final.
For Maroochydore Jacqueline Dupuy and Kellie McPherson were in the Roos' best for their work in defeat.
VICTORIA
AFLW-Listed Players
Collingwood finished the VFLW season undefeated with a 19-point win over Geelong and Mikala Cann had a best-on-ground performance for the Pies. Cann had 30 disposals, 11 tackles and a goal in a dominant display at Victoria Park.
Renee Garing was the best for the Cats with her 19 disposals and a game-high 12 tackles.
The Western Bulldogs just missed out on finals but went out on a high with a 12-point win against the finals-bound Casey Demons.
Gemma Lagioia was one of the Bulldogs' best with her two goals from 20 disposals.

State League Players
One of the highlights on the season came on Sunday when Hawthorn farewelled premiership player and women’s footy pioneer Meg Hutchins with a come-from-behind win over Port Melbourne.
Hutchins sent the crowd wild when she kicked a goal to seal the game for the Hawks in the final quarter - a fitting send-off for one of the game's greats.
Essendon cemented its spot in the finals with a win over Darebin and it was top draft talent Georgie Prespakis who led the way with game-high 24 disposals to go with nine tackles.
Eliza West’s strong form for the Casey Demons continued in the loss to the Bulldogs, finishing with 24 disposals and nine tackles.
The Southern Saints held onto the last finals spot with a 38-point win over North Melbourne and there were plenty of impressive performances.
Tara Bohana put the Saints on the path to victory with her three goals, 25 disposals and eight marks while also spending some time in the ruck.
North Melbourne duo Meagan Kiely and Airlie Runnalls again found plenty of the footy finishing with 36 and 33 disposals respectively. Kiely also took 11 marks and Runnalls took nine plus she added a goal to her stat sheet.

There were no games due to the stay at home orders in the Greater Sydney area.
CANBERRA
There were no games in Canberra due to wet weather and all games being washed out.
