NOW ALL the dust has settled followed Tayla Harris' move from Carlton to Melbourne, the Blues are looking to the future.
Carlton head of women's footy Brett Munro is confident 21-year-old Serena Gibbs has the goods to fill the void in her third season on the club's list.

"It won't be easy. I think Serena Gibbs got a taste last year, she debuted and played, I think, three games. She gave us some presence up there, competes well in the air and does like to get on the lead," Munro told Credit to the Girls podcast.
"She's [now] a bit stronger, she'll be a bit fitter and a bit wiser about the game as well. I think 'Gibbsy' will get first shot at it for sure.
"We are fortunate to have a real versatile forward line with Darcy (Vescio) and Nic Stevens, who both had outstanding years, (Georgia) Gee and Brooke Walker, who was injured a bit, but gives us some real honest speed. We think they can move around and cover that loss."
Munro also discussed the shock of Jess Hosking's trade request, the disappointment of losing Chloe Dalton and an update on Mimi Hill's ACL injury.
This is the final of Credit to the Girls' off-season mini-series focusing on trade and draft. Listen back to catch up on all 14 clubs.
