ADELAIDE co-captain Chelsea Randall has given herself the all-clear for Sunday's NAB AFL Women's preliminary final against Geelong at Adelaide Oval, while she is also confident midfielder Anne Hatchard will be given the green light to take her place in the side.

Randall picked up a right knee injury early in last Saturday's 60-point thumping of Melbourne at Casey Fields, but was cleared of serious injury and finished the game.

"I got a little knock to the knee in the first quarter and got it checked and assessed by the doctor," Randall said on Monday.

"It's probably just some bone bruising, but I'm good to go and ready for this weekend.

"It was a little bit scary at first, that it didn't feel right, but saying that, it was good to get checked by the doctor and make sure everything's OK, which it was."

Hatchard will undergo concussion tests this week after sustaining a knock to her head in the second half. 

"She got a little bit of a head knock (and at that stage) we were quite dominant so it wasn't worth the risk to put her back out there," Randall said.

"I'm sure she'll be assessed by the doctors and she'll be fine."

The Crows are close to full strength, apart from season-ending injuries to ruck Rhiannon Metcalfe (left ACL) and utility Jasmyn Hewett (ankle), while forward/midfielder Jess Sedunary hasn't played this season because of a foot injury, but could be available.

After kicking 1.11 in their season-opening one-point loss to the Western Bulldogs, the 2017 premiers have won their next six games by an average margin of 35 points. 

Randall said the Crows wouldn't be taking the first-season Cats lightly and hoped to draw a big crowd to Adelaide Oval for the stand-alone fixture.

"I'd love to see 20,000-plus there, for sure," Randall said.

"I think we'll be able to get that… let's dream big. Let's get as many people there as possible."

Sunday's preliminary final starts at 12.40pm (ACDT).

Carlton hosts Fremantle in the other preliminary final at Ikon Park in Carlton North on Saturday at 2.45pm (AEDT).

The winners will advance to the Grand Final, to be played on Sunday, March 31.
