THERE has been no indication Western Bulldogs premiership player Luke Dahlhaus could leave the club, his manager Peter Lenton says.
Some speculation has circulated suggesting the midfielder could leave the Dogs.
Jake Stringer has already been asked to search for a new home, with Geelong and Essendon the front-runners.
However, Lenton told NAB AFL Trade Radio on Monday he had not received any indication the 25-year-old would be moving on.
"He is contracted and I have not had one conversation with the Bulldogs that would suggest he's doing anything other than staying where he is, and he actually loves the club," Lenton said.
"I'd be surprised if there was any form of conversation in relation to Luke, but it's a funny time of the year.
"I know in dealing with Sam Mitchell last year, I never would've expected that, so you can never say never, but the tea leaves are telling me that he's at the Bulldogs and I couldn't envisage that he'll be anywhere else for next year."
