TRAVIS Cloke has reaffirmed his commitment to Collingwood and says he has had enough of playing in the VFL.
Cloke, 29, has not played at AFL level since being dropped ahead of the annual Anzac Day clash against Essendon in round five.
The 2010 premiership forward, who kicked four goals in the VFL at the weekend, said he would continue to try to force his way back into Nathan Buckley's side.
"I look forward to the challenge. I'm definitely not going to shy away from it and walk out on this club," Cloke told Melbourne radio station RSN 927.
"I love the place. I've been involved here since I was 16 doing work experience at Collingwood so I'm looking forward to the coming weeks."
The Magpies VFL team has a bye this weekend, meaning if he is not picked for the senior side he will have to prove his worth on the training track.
Cloke has kicked seven goals from his four VFL games and averaged 14.8 disposals per game.
The spearhead said he was frustrated to find himself out of the side, particularly ahead of such an important game like the Anzac fixture.
"I was pissed off, is the best way to put it," Cloke said.
"I debuted 13 years ago on that day, so it's pretty special to me. I hadn't missed one since, so I was pretty annoyed."
Cloke said he was desperately seeking to return to the senior side sooner rather than later.
"I'm hanging to get back into the senior side, that's for sure. I’ve had enough of VFL football," Cloke said.
The key forward also revealed he had been working with the Magpies mind coach Emma Murray on keeping his concentration in games.
Murray is the mother of Will Murray, a talented junior footballer who was tragically left a quadriplegic earlier this year.
"I've really enjoyed the sessions that I've done with her," Cloke said.
"It's about finding that balance to stay involved in games and not drifting if things don't go your way."
