Bernie Vince returns to the Eagles this weekend after missing two weeks with a hamstring injury.

Vince has been named on a wing as he looks to make a return to AFL football starting against Glenelg on Saturday.

Tonight at City Mazda Stadium, Chris Schmidt returns to West Adelaide’s side named on the wing as they host Norwood. Brad Moran, named in Adelaide’s squad of 25, was listed as an omission for the Bloods.

Tony Armstrong has been named on an extended bench for North Adelaide as they travel to Elizabeth to take on Central District.

Armstrong has battled injury for much of the season and may play his first league game. For the Bulldogs, Brad Symes continues to push his case for an AFL recall starting on the wing.

Port Adelaide take on South Adelaide at Alberton with two Crows also hoping to stake their claim for an opportunity.

Ivan Maric has been named in a forward pocket for the Magpies while Andy Otten continues his return from injury at fullback for the Panthers.

Myke Cook (South), Jared Petrenko (Eagles), and Taylor Walker (Norwood) will find out later today if they will play with Adelaide or their respective SANFL clubs.

Aidan Riley's team Sturt have the bye but are taking on a combined u18 state side. Richard Tambling will also have his first run for the Double Blues.

In the SANFL reserves, Daniel Talia continues his return from a long injury lay-off with South Adelaide, Jarryd Lyons (Glenelg) returns from a hamstring strain playing alongside Sam Shaw for the Bays, while rookies Lachlan Roach (North Adelaide), Jake von Bertouch (Eagles) and Sam Martyn (Eagles) are also in action.
