It is the third time Deledio has been nominated in the initial squad (following 2008 and 2010), but he has yet to be selected in the final 22.
The 24-year-old has produced one of his finest seasons in 2011, playing every game and averaging 25.6 possessions as a rebounding half back.
He also spent some time further up the field, kicking nine goals and delivering the ball inside 50 on 86 occasions.
In defence, he was ranked fifth in the AFL for rebound 50s, with 82.
Four AFL teams - Essendon, Melbourne, Brisbane and Port Adelaide - were not represented in the squad.
The final All-Australian team will be named on Monday September 19.blog comments powered by Disqus
