Crows Games Record Holder Andrew McLeod will return to the Club in a part-time development role in 2012.
McLeod, who played 340 games with Adelaide before retiring at the end of 2010, has spent the past 12 months working as a Community Engagement and Talent Co-ordinator with the AFL.
The dual premiership player and Norm Smith Medallist honed his coaching skills as an assistant coach with the Australian International Rules team, and mentor to the under-age Flying Boomerangs team.
He also came out of retirement briefly to play a cameo role with the Northern Territory Thunder.
McLeod will spend a few hours one day a week with the beefed up development team at West Lakes, working on the track and supporting Peter Jonas and Alan Stewart in the area of player skill development.
