Last week, inaugural West Coast Eagles captain Ross Glendinning and club mascot Rick ‘The Rock’ Eagle hit the streets of Subiaco in preparation for the upcoming BHP Billiton Ramble event.
The BHP Billiton Ramble will be taking place on Sunday, October 9, where over 5,000 Western Australians will have the chance to uncover hidden jewels, quirky icons and famous landmarks by competing in Perth’s first ever city-wide treasure hunt, all while raising funds for Telethon and Australian Rotary Health.
Armed with a map, clue sheet and mobile phone, teams of Ramblers will solve challenges at secret checkpoints hidden throughout Perth’s CBD.
Teams will have four hours to face a variety of challenges requiring either brains or brawn, after which they can text in their answers to rack up points and increase their chance of taking out the grand prize.
The BHP Billiton Ramble invites everyone to share an unforgettable day uncovering aspects of Perth you never knew existed.
