I am writing to provide an update regarding the letters I sent to members on the 16th and 22nd of June.
The response by mail, email and via the website feedback facility has been overwhelming.
I am currently in the process of personally responding to everyone. Due to the vast number of people with whom I need to communicate, and because I want to do justice to everyone's comments, this process is taking longer than I anticipated.
Some people will have received a phone call from the membership department regarding various specific issues, and I trust this has been useful and constructive in resolving these issues.
Many of you will have received a response from me which I hope is to your satisfaction, but to those who I have yet to contact, please bear with me.
I thank you most sincerely for your many and varied comments about how we can better manage your Club and your involvement with it.
