The Peninsula Community Ownership Foundation (PenCOF) will be holding a luncheon on Friday 25 November at the Mornington Racing Club to raise money for more outreach workers on the streets of Frankston to help troubled youth.

The MC for the day will be former St Kilda Football Club coach Stan Alves, with former player Andrew Cross a member of the organisation.

PenCOF was formed in 2007 by a number of Frankston based business people that set out to find a way to address the youth problems in the local area; including homelessness, violence, drug distribution, vandalism and mental health.

Football great Wayne Carey will be a guest speaker at the luncheon and comedian Des Dowling will also be in attendance.

The St Kilda Football Club has purchased a table and will be providing an auction prize.

Tickets are $110 per person, and the lunch includes an entrée, main, cheese platter, coffee, beer, wine and soft drink.
