FREMANTLE'S Taylin Duman will face the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday night after the Dockers chose to challenge his two-match suspension.
Duman was banned for striking Giants defender Lachie Whitfield during the third quarter of the match at UNSW Canberra Oval on Saturday.
The incident was assessed as intentional conduct with medium impact and high contact.
Meanwhile, Geelong forward Tom Hawkins has escaped with a monetary sanction for his contentious off-the-ball bump to Hawthorn defender James Sicily.
The incident was assessed by Match Review Officer Michael Christian as intentional conduct with low impact to the body, meaning he will be fined $2000 as a result.
