Matthew Carr also returns to the team after serving his one-game suspension. A 25-man squad has been named, to be reduced to 22 tomorrow afternoon.
Gilmore was an emergency for last Saturday’s clash against Port with Webster and Campbell making their way into the squad after impressing in the WAFL with East Perth and West Perth respectively.
Campbell earns his opportunity after a best-on-ground performance for the Falcons against Claremont last Sunday, booting four goals as the most influential forward on the ground, while Webster was instrumental in helping the Royals to an upset win against Swan Districts at Bassendean.
The squad travels to Melbourne tomorrow to take on the Bombers, a tough challenge according to Senior Coach Chris Connolly.
“They’re up and flying, with Hird, Lucas, Lloyd, Fletcher and Michael – 5 of the great players of the last 10 years there – and a lot of top 10 draft picks coming through, they’ve set themselves to have a tilt at the finals this year,” he said.
“So it’s going to be a great challenge but one that we can’t wait to take on.”
Bouncedown for Sunday’s game is at 2:10 EST (12:10 WST), and will be telecast live on Channel Seven from Midday WST.
