The Gold Coast SUNS AFL team is on the journey to become the most exciting sporting organisation in Australia. Having recently debuted in the Toyota AFL Premiership, the next phase of the journey is to drive our sponsors engagement plans plus launch the brand new state-of-the-art, Metricon Stadium experience to the Gold Coast Community. We are now seeking to appoint a Senior Sponsorship Executive to drive this process.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Qualifications in Business Management;
  • Proven track record in strategic account management;
  • Outstanding personal appearance and proposal presentation skills;
  • Experience in complex negotiations;
  • Project Management expertise;
  • Strong awareness of self and differences in others;
  • The ability to communicate with people at all levels, skills and education; and
  • A commitment to personal learning and development.
 
Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be a person who thrives in a team environment with an attitude of doing everything required to deliver results for your clients and your team. Your experience may come from a background of sport, entertainment, advertising or professional services. Your dedication to delivering genuine commercial returns for your clients and contributing to a positive, fresh culture is where you will shine.
