TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Nominees’ details must be provided to the AFL Membership Service Centre via this registration form between November 15, 2010, and January 28, 2011.
Nominees must be over the age of 18.
Nominees’ details must be new to the AFL Membership database. Prizes will not be provided for existing prospective member accounts on the AFL Membership database.
Nominators will be advised if their nominees’ details currently exist in the AFL Membership database.
Nominees must purchase a full-priced Adult Silver Membership, inclusive of the joining fee, by March 31, 2011, for the nominator to be eligible for a prize.
To be eligible for a prize through the ‘Member Get Member’ program, the nominator must have been an AFL Member in 2010 and have renewed their membership for the 2011 Toyota AFL Premiership Season by January 28, 2011.
Rewards will be finalised and prizes will be distributed by April 29, 2011.
