With the Crows celebrating ‘Country Day’ against Melbourne it was only fitting that this week’s Crows Members Lotto winner came from the country – the first country / interstate winner for 2008.

Premier Member, Kay Bennie from Minnipa on the Eyre Peninsula, unfortunately couldn’t be at the game to collect her $1,000 in person. However a call at three-quarter time on game day informing her of her winnings, plus a great win by the Crows meant her Sunday turned out to be a very memorable one.

Kay’s number – 333 - was the first number selected out of over 2800 Members Lotto numbers.

Kay invested $20 in the new Crows Member Lotto and was rewarded by winning the $1,000 which will be on offer at every Crows home match in 2008 to those who have taken part in the new match day initiative.

Congratulations to Kay, and make sure you keep your eyes on the Superscreen at three quarter time at the Crows v Essendon match to see who will be the lucky winner of the $1,000 in the 2008 Crows Member Lotto.
