Key Responsibilities include:
- Prioritise, schedule and delegate Communications and Content projects to members of the Communications team and manage the Agile Management System
- In collaboration with the Digital Content manager, assist with the creation of innovative concepts across the Club’s communication channels.
- Create scripts for SUNS TV
- Create scripts and rundowns for Game Day TV
- Assist with the production of Game Day TV
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A strong personal brand which personifies the Gold Coast SUNS values of bold, fresh, relentless, dependable and community
2 - 3 years experience in a similar role - Degree or Diploma in Communications/Journalism or a related field
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across all departments of the Club
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and diverse Communications/Production role with the ability to manage & coordinate multiple activities/priorities
- Creative flair with strong written communication skills
- A strong work ethic. We need you to be relentless as you pursue challenges and achieve deadlines and goals (This is not a 9-5 job)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and passion for sports, particularly AFL
