Fourth at the club for rebound 50’s, Michael Firrito’s output was slightly down on last year.

However, the 27-year old is still considered one of the club’s most reliable defenders. He had a season high 21 disposals against Port Adelaide in round six and also managed to sneak forward and kick a goal.

Hard at the ball and able to play on talls and smalls, Firrito averaged 16 possessions in 2011.
