A squad of 30 players in contention for selection for the 2024 rebel VFLW Team of the Year has been announced.
The final team of 21 players will be named on Monday, September 16 at the 2024 VFL and VFLW Awards. A captain and coach of will also be selected.
2024 premier North Melbourne has the most representatives in the squad, with seven players selected. Southern Saints have four players included, while beaten grand finalist the Western Bulldogs and minor premier Williamstown each have three representatives.
The full list of club representation was – Box Hill Hawks (two), Carlton (one), Casey Demons (one), Collingwood (two), Darebin Falcons (two), Essendon (two), North Melbourne (seven), Port Melbourne (two), Southern Saints (four), Western Bulldogs (three) and Williamstown (four).
Players must have played a minimum of seven matches to be eligible for selection.
