The 2007 Carlton Mid Gala Dinner Auction to be held at the Burswood Grand Ballroom on Wednesday 11 July will provide guests the opportunity to bid on some exclusive auction items with all proceeds directly benefiting to the club’s Community Development Programme.

Darren McAullay will again have the honour of throwing down the hammer on a selection of well sort after music and sporting memorabilia, as well as exclusive once-in-a-lifetime experiences which will be available for purchase.

On the auction catalogue is a trip for two to Melbourne to be a part of the Rove Live audience and watch Fremantle take on St Kilda in Round 20. There is also the chance to buy a 5 night escape to Bunker Bay in Dunsborough and travel packages to the AFL Grand Final, which are expected to fetch big dollars at the club’s biggest annual fundraising event.

Some of the bigger ticket items to go under the hammer are a Mazda 2 Neo as well as plenty of LG Electronics products, including a 47” LCD TV and an LG refrigerator.

The popular silent auction will also feature a list of luxury tender items such as jewellery, holiday packages, surfing lessons, entertainment packages and hair and make-up products.

Along with plenty of auction action, Australian crooner Frank Bennett will be providing the entertainment throughout the evening.

Tickets are on sale now for $165 per person or $1650 for a table of ten. Pre dinner drinks start at 6.30pm and the dress requirements are Lounge Suit. Click here for more information about the 2007 Carlton Mid Gala Dinner Auction or alternatively call Fremantle’s Events Department on 9433 7002.
