FREMANTLE midfielder Stephen Hill will be sidelined for another two weeks after injuring his quad at training before the Suns clash in round six.

 

The 23-year-old didn't travel to the Gold Coast after 'nicking' his quad with the last kick at training that week, and was expected to miss just one game.

 

He was named to play against Collingwood last Saturday night but was a late withdrawal.

 

The club announced on Tuesday that Hill would not be available for selection until round 10.

 

"Unfortunately, Stephen’s quad injury has not come up but we believe he will ready to return in round 10 against Adelaide," general manager of football operations Chris Bond said.

 

It comes as another blow to the Dockers, who have suffered a horrendous run with injury so far this season.

 

Fremantle will get star midfielder Nathan Fyfe back from suspension for the clash against the Sydney Swans on Saturday night at the SCG.

 

But the Dockers are still missing Matthew Pavlich (Achilles), Aaron Sandilands (hamstring), and Anthony Morabito (knee), having already lost Kepler Bradley and Jon Griffin with season-ending knee injuries.
