PORT Adelaide expects ruckman Matthew Lobbe and speedster Matt White to return from long-term injuries this weekend.

Lobbe hasn't played for 10 weeks because of a knee injury while White hasn't featured since tearing a pectoral muscle in Port's AFL season-opening game.

Port's high performance manager Darren Burgess says both are expected to return this weekend, most likely in state league ranks, while Brad Ebert will face a fitness test later this week after suffering bruised ribs in the Power's loss to Hawthorn last Thursday night.

Ebert landed heavily on his back after taking a huge pack mark and was coughing up blood before leaving the field.

Rookie-listed Will Snelling has been in rehab with a foot injury but he's also a chance of returning.

"We're confident on 'Lobbes' and Will returning this week, but will test both of them as well as Matt White," Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au.
