The priority renewal period for 2006 club members to renew their membership and retain their reserved seat from last year ended yesterday.Despite four consecutive years of record membership, demand for a membership to the Fremantle Football Club continues to grow.During the Priority Renewal Period, 2006 member renewal applications are processed before any new membership applications to ensure that current members are able to retain their reserved seats for next season. Members also have the opportunity during that time to request seating changes and to sign up new members to join them on match day at Subiaco Oval. The club has received over 2,600 new member applications to date and as the priority renewal period ends these membership applications are now ready to be processed.“The number of new member applications received so far, before we have started our new member campaign, has been fantastic,” said Mr Steve Rosich, General Manager Marketing.“Our current membership renewals for 2007 are tracking at record levels at this stage of the renewal process.“We traditionally find that in the closing stages of the Priority Renewal Period and in the days straight after there is a real rush of renewals applications.“Our membership team has been extremely busy and the level of on-line renewals through the club’s web site has also been at record levels.“The response of members to secure their seats for next year has been incredible,” Mr Rosich said.Members are still able to renew their 2006 memberships and secure their reserved seat from last season by contacting the club’s membership team as soon as possible. Those members who have not renewed their membership will be notified by the club in the coming week to ensure that they do not miss out in 2007.Sales of the club’s corporate properties at Subiaco Oval, VIP boxes, corporate suites and corporate dining for 2007, have received a similar response. The club has experienced a record response from our existing corporate partners to secure their existing properties or to upgrade their properties for next year. The level of interest from new corporate partners seeking to join with the club for what will be an exciting 2007 season has been very encouraging. The club’s corporate renewal period is still underway and is due to close for existing corporate partners on 8 December.
