RICHMOND premiership defender Nick Vlastuin has accepted a one-match ban for an errant elbow to Luke Parker's face, but Sydney superstar Lance Franklin is free to play next week.
Match review officer Michael Christian classified Vlastuin's striking charge from Thursday night's match at Etihad Stadium as intentional conduct with low impact to the head.
Franklin has escaped with a $1500 sanction with an early plea for his open-hand hit to Alex Rance's throat that left the Tiger dry retching.
Christian classified the Swan's action as misconduct rather than striking, which would have likely resulted in a one-match ban.
The third charge out of the game saw Richmond backman David Astbury accept a $1500 sanction for misconduct against Tom McCartin.
