Fan Development Trainee
Purpose | This position is responsible for direct co-ordination of the Fan Development strategy. This includes database management, data collection, developing fan orientated communication streams, implementation of game day fan zones and interaction points as well as developing new fan interaction activities. |
Reports to: - CFC Fan Development & Community Manager Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the Fan Development Strategy - Develop and manage the Fan Development database - Work closely with Staff to identify new markets and high growth areas to increase CFC fan base - Develop and update fan zone interaction points on the CFC - Develop and implement CFC home game day “Fan Zone” areas - Assist with the administration and registrations for the CFC Multicultural School Programs - Collect and evaluate all relevant data and information from activities run throughout the year for future reference and improvements - Assistance with all community and fan development events - Working with communications to assist in developing the current social media strategy Skills and Experience: - Very good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Sound knowledge of the football industry - Completion of VCE or equivalent desirable - Demonstrated ability to deliver on targets and budgets - Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database systems - General understanding of social media (Facebook, Twitter etc) If you wish to apply please submit your application and resume to: Luisa.amarella@carltonfc.com.au Closing date for applications is 7th February 2011. |
