The Australian Institute for Indigenous Learning and Skills Development is a recently created program of the Richmond Football Club, based at Punt Road Oval.

The Institute will create career pathways for young Indigenous people by providing personal development & leadership training, pre employment skills, vocational training and career transition and placement.

Community involvement in the development of the Institute’s programs is essential to the success of its outcomes.

The Indigenous Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with Indigenous communities and seeking input into the planning, development and implementation of the Institute. Working with education providers on course content will also be a key responsibility.

Experience in Indigenous education, community liaison and developing career pathways is desirable.
