THE OPPORTUNITY

This Commercial Operations Coordinator will be the main operational and administrative lead for the commercial team. This will include managing some partnership accounts and key commercial projects for the team.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Partnership management
  • Match day operations
  • Ticketing / events
  • Member and fan commercial surveys
  • Team and partner support
  • Inventory management
  • Merchandise management

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Tertiary qualification in sports management, marketing or a related field.
  • Sponsorship account management experience, ideally in the sports industry (highly valued but not essential).
  • Exceptional customer service approach with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across a range of key stakeholders.
  • Cross department collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. 

Due to the nature of the industry, the ideal candidate must be flexible in their availability as extended hours and weekend work will be required for this role.
