About the role

As our Membership Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving outbound membership sales campaigns with the membership services and sales team, by assisting the Head of Membership in the development and implementation of our membership growth and retention strategy.

A key focus of this role is to cultivate a sales culture within the membership team, including but not limited to developing the team in sales techniques via phone, email and face to face interactions, the segmentation of outbound call lists to maximise sales results, and implementing and managing team KPIs.

Working closely with the data and analytics team, you’ll develop reporting tools to optimise the efficiency of outbound sales campaigns, driving outcomes to ensure the membership team meet required KPI’s such as our official membership number and revenue being reached.

About you

With a tertiary qualification in sport, business or marketing and experience in a call centre within a member based organisation, you’ll pride yourself in your ability to lead a team and manage staff in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You’ll have demonstrated success in developing team-based strategies to reach sales targets and KPI’s and a high level of organisational and coordination skills. Alongside your exceptional customer service skills, you’ll also be confident in using a CRM application.
