Detailed Description   

AFL SportsReady (AFLSR) is a first class Group Training Organisation that supports mentors and provides meaningful employment opportunities for young Australians.  

AFLSR is currently looking for a receptionist to undertake an Administration traineeship, in conjunction with working for AFL Fremantle Dockers Football Club. 

This position would be best suited to a recently finished year 12 student who enjoys working in a fast paced and rewarding position, as part of a team.

The successful candidate will;

•    Work with a supportive team and will continue to develop new skills.

•    Have an interest in the business / administration sector

•    Study Sport & Recreation & Administration

•    Be trained and supervised in workplace administrative duties including;

•    General administration functions

•    Various use of Microsoft applications

General administrative duties include;

•    Planning and scheduling

•    Answering phones

•    Data processing and filing

•    Attending to customer enquires

•    Management of office supplies and stationery

•    Reception cover

•    Maintaining shared office areas including kitchen, meeting rooms, reception area, printing room etc

•    Hold a current Drivers’ Licence
