AFL SportsReady is a dynamic and innovative Group Training Organisation, seeking a highly motivated, energetic and experienced Employment Field Consultant.
AFL SportsReady is a non-profit organisation that prides itself in matching great people with great organisations and leading the way in the apprenticeship/ traineeship sector.
The position incorporates promoting Group Training employment services to both existing and emerging businesses across Melbourne Metro and Gippsland areas.
The position also involves selection, employment, management and mentoring of employed apprentices and trainees, ensuring successful completion of qualifications are achieved.
Position location will be based at either Melbourne Head Office in Collingwood or alternatively at the Morwell office, depending on the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the business through delivery of initiatives that continue to drive AFL SportsReady’s effectiveness whilst maximising the opportunities for young people wanting a career pathway in the sport, hospitality, horticulture and business sectors.
The successful applicant(s) will posses:
· Understanding of the VET System
· Knowledge and exposure to employment of Australian Apprentices
· Ability to work autonomously
· Ability to meet deadlines and achieve established targets/objectives
