Position Title/Department: Community Foundation Partnerships Manager
Reporting Manager: Head of Foundation

Position Objective
This position will play a key role in managing and evaluating the key partnerships of the Community Foundation, working closely with the community programs team.

A key priority will also be to grow and steward the base of donors who invest in both the club and the community. In addition to this the Community Foundation Partnerships Manager will capture and create content to elevate the wonderful work the CFC does within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead mutually beneficial partnerships with key funding stakeholders, ensuring the impacts and outcomes offer shared value for both parties.
  • Provide stakeholders with measurable, targeted impact reports, continually innovating and demonstrating growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including the Australian Sports Foundation, Total Member Engagement (TME) government bodies in relation to programs (i.e. Grants), donors and internal departments.
  • Work in conjunction with the Head of Foundation to develop strategies that grow partnership outcomes and funding.
  • Work collaboratively with the team on new opportunities that arise to partner with external stakeholders to grow the impact and outcomes of the Community Foundation.
  • In conjunction with the EGM and Head of Foundation, drive the growth of the Foundation by creating new giving campaigns across the club.
  • Manage the relationship with all donors and ensure stewardship, including events and functions are innovative, effective and personalised according to the level of giving.
  • Ensure 100% retention of existing donors and partners, providing opportunities for them to grow their
  • Assist with capturing and creating content to elevate the Community Programs to a wider audience.
  • Write quarterly partnership reports that inform the end of year Community Foundation Review.
  • Participate in game day activations as required.
  • Other duties as directed by the Head of Foundation.
