"Working with and for Jeff is like being on a rollercoaster - you hop on with a little reservation, but an amazing sense of excitement," Fox said.
In his final Peter Crimmins Medal address, Jeff goes on to speak of the Club with passion and pride as he thanks players, coaches and staff on their work efforts during his tenure.
Jeff wraps-up his speech on a sentimental note, saying "we will always, always, always... Always be Hawthorn."
