FREMANTLE'S upset victory over Greater Western Sydney over the weekend has been soured somewhat, with young defender Taylin Duman slapped with a two-match suspension for striking Lachie Whitfield in an off-the-ball incident during the clash.
Duman struck Whitfield to the face during the third quarter of the Dockers' win, with Match Review Officer Michael Christian assessing the incident as intentional conduct with medium impact to the head.

The 21-year-old has subsequently been offered a two-match suspension as a result of being charged, meaning he will miss Fremantle's games against the Western Bulldogs and Adelaide.
There was better news for Gold Coast defender Jarrod Harbrow, who was cleared of any wrongdoing following an incident involving Adelaide's Lachie Murphy on Sunday.
Murphy took a strong mark running back with the flight of the footy, before he was collected to the back by Harbrow who was running in the opposite direction.

However, in a statement released on Monday, the AFL said Harbrow's actions "were not unreasonable in the circumstances", with the veteran escaping punishment for the incident.
Other incidents penalised over the weekend:
- GWS midfielder Jacob Hopper fined $2000 for engaging in rough conduct with Fremantle's Matt Taberner on Saturday.
- Melbourne veteran Jordan Lewis fined $1500 after being charged with a fixed financial sanction for striking St Kilda's Jack Steele on Saturday.
- Western Bulldogs captain Easton Wood fined $2000 after engaging in rough conduct with Carlton co-captain Patrick Cripps on Sunday.
