FORMER Brisbane captain Dayne Beams will face his former side this weekend, after the Collingwood midfielder was selected to play in their Thursday night clash at the Gabba.
Beams missed last week's victory over the Western Bulldogs due to illness, but replaces the hobbled Chris Mayne as the only change for the Pies.

Mayne suffered a painful back injury following a collision in the early stages of last week's match, with the important utility expected to miss the majority of the next month.

Flynn Appleby was one of Collingwood's emergencies who has made the trip north.
Brisbane is unchanged from the side that was comprehensively beaten by Essendon last week, with Chris Fagan keeping faith in his developing young team.
