ADELAIDE defender Jake Kelly is set to put pen to paper on a two-year extension with the Crows until the end of 2021.
The 24-year-old has played 75 games for the Crows since being taken with the 40th pick in the 2013 NAB AFL Rookie Draft.
Kelly was one of seven Crows to play all 22 games this season, averaging 16.2 disposals and 5.2 marks per game.
He is renowned as one of the hardest trainers at the club and has an outstanding work ethic.
Ruckman Sam Jacobs, veteran David Mackay, midfielder Hugh Greenwood, defender Alex Keath and forward Riley Knight are among those uncontracted for 2020.
Jacobs, 31, is weighing up whether to accept a one-year deal from the Crows or take a two-year deal elsewhere, with Greater Western Sydney among the clubs interested.

Eddie Betts is contracted for next year, but the club won't stand in his way if the champion small forward requests a trade to extend his career.
Meanwhile, Crows chief executive Andrew Fagan will be involved in the club's external review.
However, an external person, and not Fagan, will be the chairperson of the four-person panel.
The two football-related members of the panel are expected to be announced on Friday.
They will join high-performance expert Tim Gabbett and Jonah Oliver, the lead sports psychologist for the AIS.
