The AFL advises the Match Review of the remaining games from Saturday and Sunday of Round 10 have now been completed. The following charges have been laid with one other incident requiring detailed explanation.
 
Charges Laid:
Gary Ablett, Geelong Cats, has been charged with Striking Anthony Miles, Gold Coast SUNS during the third quarter of the Round 10 match between the Gold Coast SUNS and the Geelong Cats, played at Metricon Stadium on Saturday May 25.

In summary he can accept a one-match sanction with an early plea.

Based on the available evidence, the incident was assessed as Intentional Conduct with Low Impact and High Contact. The incident was classified as a one-match sanction.

Clayton Oliver, Melbourne, has been charged with Striking Brent Daniels, GWS GIANTS, during the fourth quarter of Round 10 match between Melbourne and the GWS GIANTS, played at the MCG on Sunday May 26.

Incidents assessed:
The match day report laid against St Kilda's Ben Long for contact on Carlton's Levi Casboult from the third quarter of Sunday's match was assessed. Shane Savage kicks the ball forward for St Kilda. Casboult and Long approach from opposing directions. As Casboult is about to mark, Long leaves the ground and bumps Casboult to the body. It was the view of the MRO there was insufficient force to constitute a reportable offence. No further action was taken.
