ADELAIDE has locked in the coaching team around Don Pyke, appointing Woodville West Torrens coach Michael Godden as an assistant for 2019.
Godden has coached the Eagles in the SANFL since 2010, winning a premiership in his second year.
Crows head of football Brett Burton said Godden will assist the club's midfield and work closely with Scott Camporeale, who will also focus on game strategy.
"Michael has been a successful coach with Woodville West Torrens for a number of years and brings a wealth of experience and positive attributes to our club," Burton said.
"He drives high standards, is an outstanding leader and communicator and we’re confident his coaching experience can help our midfield group in 2019."
Fellow assistant Marty Mattner will oversee the defence, with Ben Hart to look after the forwards.
On Tuesday the Crows announced retiring Blue Matthew Wright would re-join the club, taking up a part-time role as a forwards development coach and to captain the Crows' SANFL team.
Inaugural Crows state league coach Heath Younie has returned to his old role and Matthew Clarke (ruck coach), Brent Reilly (defensive development coach) and Paul Thomas (midfield development coach) will continue in their respective positions.
