THE MAN who spectacularly flipped over the Gabba fence while watching Sunday night's QClash is fighting fit and fine-free.
Online speculation circled on Monday morning that the enthusiastic fan had copped a hefty fine and notice to appear in court after trying to catch a stray footy and instead doing a flip over the fence.
His ambitious effort, harking back to the parallel bars at the recent Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, went viral on social media.
Both the Queensland Police Service and Stadiums Queensland confirmed to AFL.com.au the man had not been fined.

"He wasn't fined and won't appear in court. He was taken to the Gabba's medical centre after the fall and then returned to The Verandah to watch the remainder of the game."
