HAWTHORN ruckman Jonathon Ceglar will play his first AFL game in 646 days after winning a late call up for Sunday's clash with West Coast at Etihad Stadium.
Midfielder James Cousins is a late withdrawal with the concussion he suffered last week against Brisbane when he collided with Matt Eagles' shoulder in the third quarter.
Ceglar last played in round 22, 2016, the game in which he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament, coincidentally against the Eagles.
It was the same match in which West Coast ruckman Nic Naitanui ruptured his ACL.

"Unfortunately, 'Cous' suffered concussion in last week's clash and wasn't able to play out the game," Hawthorn football manager Graham Wright told the club's website.
"He trained yesterday, and we gave him every chance to get himself right, but unfortunately he wasn't quite there and with these sort of issues, we just don't want to take any risks.
"Ceglar comes in to replace him after showing some really strong form since returning to Box Hill three weeks ago.
"It will be great to see him back out on the field after a difficult chapter, and we're confident he'll come in and play his role."
The inclusion of Ceglar will give fellow big man Ben McEvoy some much needed support against in-form Eagles' duo Scott Lycett and Nic Naitanui.
Meanwhile, the Eagles will go in unchanged with defender Jeremy McGovern to play after becoming a father for the first time during the week.
McGovern travelled on Saturday, a day after his teammates, following the recent arrival of son Hudson.
