Adelaide Crows

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Focus on local talent'

Secure two of the three gun local prospects, in Izak Rankine, Jack Lukosius and Connor Rozee. This requires upgrading Picks 7, 15 and 19, and may include trading a future first-round pick, and letting Mitch McGovern go.
- Craig Drabsch, Adelaide

'Cash in on McGovern'

Two first round draft picks for Mitch McGovern, swap a first round pick and pick 19 for a top three pick. Jack Lukosius with that top three pick, Rankine at No.7 and then draft for needs after that.
- Matt Dean, Dulwich

'Get Sauce some help'

I would make a quality ruck our priority. Some outside speed would be looked at also.
- Mario Caruso, Grange

'Two words: Get busy!'

Get in Rory Lobb on a monster deal. Aaron Francis needs to be convinced he's homesick and get Lachie Neale back to Adelaide. Rookie list Cory Gregson and re-list Mitch Grigg.
- Max Mahoney, Grange

Is there any chance Aaron Francis will head home to South Australia this off-season? Picture: AFL Photos

DREAM TRADES

Mitch McGovern and next year's second round pick for this year's No.1.
- Ben, Alice Springs

Time for an off-season Showdown! Chad Wingard to Adelaide. Lachlan Murphy and a second-rounder to Port Adelaide.
- Tommy C, Adelaide

Focus on the young South Australian talent and so get high as possible in the draft. In terms of trade, add players like Tyson Stengle from Richmond and would also go to Geelong and ask about Jordan Murdoch and Zac Smith. Murdoch has good speed and Smith is a good ruck backup. Shouldn't be too costly in terms of dollars and we keep our high picks.
- Gary Dennis, Hobart

Brisbane Lions

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Add experience to support youth'

Our first and main target is an A-grade midfielder, which Lachie Neale fits perfectly and by the looks of things he is going to be joining us on a five-year deal. Next target is another key forward - I don't mind a player like Daniel Menzel or Alex Fasolo to fill this spot. Both aren't that tall but can do the job and take a contested mark and kick a few goals each game.
- Max Collier, Geelong

'Bolstering midfield a must'

Get Lachie Neale. And a big bodied inside mid who likes to tackle, like Jed Anderson or Cam Ellis-Yolmen. Tom Langdon would also be handy.
- Jan D'Arcy, Marcoola

'Don't forget defence'

Once Lachie Neale & Lincoln McCarthy are done look to add another key position prospect, preferably a young defender to assist Andrews and Gardiner. If no key position players available, the clubs should look to strengthen their draft hand.
- Jack Adams, Brisbane

DREAM TRADES

Lachie Neale to Fremantle for Sam Mayes and Future 1st round or second round.
- John Houston, Brisbane

Our first rounder to Fremantle for Lachie Neale.
- Trevor Beckwith, Berriedale

Sam Mayes and second round draft pick to Port Adelaide for Chad Wingard.
- Beau Worthy, Parkwood

Carlton

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Fill the gaps'

It's no secret that we have a huge hole in our list in the 23-27 age demographic. First priority is to bring in some quality midfielder/s in this age bracket, we need a big-bodied inside midfielder to help out Patrick Cripps and also a midfielder with silky skills, obviously Dylan Shiel fits the bill for the latter so he will be our priority. Mitch McGovern has nominated us so we'll be looking to bring him into our club if we can agree on a trade with Adelaide. We also need to add a quality small forward with pace and tackling pressure. We have the state league players concessions and will use this opportunity to fill some gaps in our list. Never say never but my thoughts at this time is pick No.1 is off the table.
- Anthony Goddard, Kensington

'Don't give up pick No.1'

Think outside the square with future picks and current players used. Pick No.1 off the table unless the deal is history making in its proportions. Second round picks and state players used for Mitch McGovern. Will Setterfield is also a priority. Produce something from left field, like Ed Langdon from the Dockers.
- Barry Squiers, Dudley Park

Oft-injured Giant Will Setterfield could be the pick-up of the year Picture: AFL Photos

'Forget Dylan Shiel'

Forget Dylan Shiel. Get in Michael Barlow on a one-year deal to add midfield depth for next year and get more games into the youngsters. In 2019 throw the kitchen sink at Josh Kelly. With Sam Walsh, Paddy Dow, Patrick Cripps, Zach Fisher, Sam Petrevski-Seton and Lochie O'Brien the midfield starts looking strong.
- Derek Lynch, Launceston

DREAM TRADES

Ben McKay from the Kangaroos to the Blues for a pick in the 20s.
- Joel Howes, Doubleview

Dylan Shiel & Will Setterfield for pick No.25 and a 2019 first round pick
- Gustavo Sanchez, Snowtown

Gold Coast's Jack Martin to Carlton for Levi Casboult and Pick No.24.
- Ben Broadby, Watsonia

TRADE TRACKER See every move as it happens

Collingwood

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Don't get carried away'

Approach with caution. There are many players on our list who need re-signing before we start looking at greener pastures. We shouldn't spend over for average players just because we think we might miss out. Be careful.
- Nicolaas Hermans, Mooroolbark

'Defence must be the focus'

I strongly feel that we need to address the elephant in the room: a key defender. In saying that we will retain Lynden Dunn and Matt Scharenberg in the starting lineup next season but word is Darcy Moore will be staying so we need to try and do something to get Steven May or Marcus Adams to the club. I'd love Tom Langdon to be apart of this team but that's entirely up to him.
- Alex Weatherly, Lalor

'If it ain't broke…'

I would not trade any of the current best 22 and I still believe Ben Reid, Alex Fasolo, Jamie Elliot and Darcy Moore have a lot to offer the team. I believe the likes of Jarryd Blair, Josh Smith, Adam Oxley, Ben Crocker will be delisted.

Fasolo will be a person on the fringe and possible trade bait but I'm not sure who we can land with him. It might be better to keep him as we don't have many high trades to bargain with.
- Daniel Dellios, Marsden

DREAM TRADES

Josh Thomas, Adam Oxley, a future first round pick and pick 17 for Steven May from Gold Coast.
- Jay Parker, Toowoomba

Offer St Kilda next year's second or third round pick and Ben Reid or Levi Greenwood for Jack Lonie. Pies need a dynamic small forward.
- Ian Sutherland, Gisborne

Darcy Moore to Sydney in exchange for Tom McCartin.
- Michael Hand, Melbourne

Essendon

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Spine needs some adjusting'

Need to restructure key positions. Joe Daniher may be a future AFL legend as a forward, but not if his well documented kicking woes destroy his confidence. Try him at full back to recover his mojo (maybe he could be the next Dustin Fletcher), swap him with Cale Hooker. Try for Ollie Wines - offer first round and a later pick. Sit back and watch the trade merry-go-round and draft wisely.
- Alec Shiffman, Keysborough

'Midfield depth a must'

I would trade for a high quality midfielder or go to the draft for a quality midfielder. We do not need both Cale Hooker and Michael Hurley in defence. We need a big-bodied centre half forward to help Joe Daniher. I would trade out some mid-sized forwards to improve the draft position. Do not pay over the odds it just upsets team cohesion.
- Mick, Barwon Heads

'Don't sell the farm to get a gun'

Go after one key target but do not pay overs or go overboard on an offer. Someone like Will Setterfield or Jack Martin would be good and affordable. I would keep in mind the impending rise in wages of young stars such as Andrew McGrath, Darcy Parish and Kyle Langford and plan to have salary cap room spare for them in the next few years.
- Jade Wood, Ascot Vale

Gold Coast say Jack Martin's not available but has Essendon given up the chase? Picture: AFL Photos

DREAM TRADES

Trade the first round pick for Dylan Shiel and trade the second round pick for Cameron Ellis-Yolmen from Adelaide.
- Luke Prolongeau, Northern Territory

Pick 8 to Sydney for Luke Parker.
- Adam Ossip, Caufield South

Aaron vandenBerg for Essendon second round pick or Jayden Laverde.
- Luke Annett, Greensborough

Will Setterfield for pick 30 and a future third round draft pick.
- Sam, Melbourne

Fremantle

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Get aggressive at the draft'

After two mediocre seasons with a "rebuilding" focus there aren't too many draft picks to continue down this path this season. I would be very aggressive at the draft in terms of getting high quality forwards in and also potentially keeping a high first-round draft pick.
- Peter Sanders, Duncraig

'Forward line needs work'

We're quite set in the midfield and defence with good depth in both of those areas of the ground so the issue we need to address is finding a key position target inside forward 50 to unleash Matt Taberner and Cam McCarthy as the second and third talls. Committing to the rebuild also means keeping our 2018 first-round pick and maybe picking up a small forward to help out Michael Walters.
- Marshall Loseby, Kwinana

'Leverage Neale for three big pick-ups'

Receive pick No.5 from Brisbane for Lachie Neale. Send picks No.5 and No.6 to Melbourne for Jesse Hogan and Melbourne's first-rounder. Send Melbourne's first-rounder to Geelong for Mitch Duncan. Trade next year's first-round pick to GWS for Rory Lobb. Sign Reece Conca from Richmond via Free Agency and try and find a way to get Collingwood's Tom Langdon.
- Ryan Menezes, Perth

DREAM TRADES

Ed Langdon to Melbourne in exchange for Jesse Hogan and a third-round pick.
- Oliver Warren, Yallingup

Tom Langdon for Cam McCarthy.
- Max Zempilas, Perth

Lachie Neale to Brisbane for pick No.5 - on-trade to Melbourne for Jesse Hogan
- Ben P, South Perth

INDICATIVE DRAFT ORDER Your club's picks

Geelong Cats

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Turn over that list'

Trade out the old, bring in the new. Daniel Menzel, George Horlin-Smith, Cory Gregson and Lincoln McCarthy must find new homes. Focus on the development of Nakia Cockatoo, Jamaine Jones, Brandan Parfitt and Quinton Narkle. They're all stars in the making. Gary Rohan and Luke Dahlhaus would be great additions.
- Will Williams, Geelong

'Strengthen draft position'

I would prioritise a quality ruckman, whether it by via trade or draft. Trade Jordan Murdoch, Jackson Thurlow, James Parsons, Lincoln McCarthy and Rhys Stanley to strengthen our position in the draft and focus on bringing in young talent. If Tim Kelly isn't committed to the club, we need to explore getting higher draft picks rather than an average player in return.
- Darren Cotton, Richmond

'Refresh the ruck set-up'

I would bite the bullet on Kelly and look for a straight swap for Gaff. Gaff will go somewhere, and we have the perfect fit. For the rest I would look to promote the draft option. Although I believe Ryan Abbott will make it, trade Rhys Stanley and Zac Smith and look for another ruckman. Anyone who seek after should have an innate desire to play aggressively and tough, because we lack that.
- Alec Ray Cimera, Korweinguboora

DREAM TRADES

Rhys Stanley, Jackson Thurlow and second-round pick to Brisbane for Stefan Martin.
- Phil, Boronia

Tom Langdon from Collingwood in exchange for Jamaine Jones and/or Brandan Parfitt.
- Craig Bailey, Perth

Mitch Duncan and Tim Kelly to Fremantle for pick 5 and Sean Darcy.
- Josh M, Bendigo

Gold Coast Suns

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Go for the big fish'

Get rid of anyone who is not 100% committed to the club. Get some high draft picks in return. Get one 'superstar' signing to build the team around to help attract other players. This may take a number of years to build up a strong squad but it will be worth it if we can win a flag within the next five years.
- Ben Vassileff, Perth

'Fresh start required'

Unfortunately we need a fresh start. Retain all players under 25 everyone else accept David Swallow (C) and Jack Martin can go! Steven May can go for pick No.5.  Adelaide can have pick No.2 in exchange for their first three picks. Simply pick best available and let Stuart Dew go to work.
- CeeCee, Gold Coast

'State league is the way to go'

The Suns have an opportunity to get some mature age players from the VFL, SANFL and WAFL. You only have to look at the likes of dual-Magarey Medalist from Norwood, midfielder Mitch Grigg. Forget about getting kids from interstate who just want to leave after a three years. Get players who would give their heart and soul to play AFL.
- Hayden Sara, Forest Lake

Most Suns fans seem happy to go to the draft again. Picture: AFL Photos

DREAM TRADES

Richmond's Tom Lynch offer matched and to make the Tigers hand over first and second picks for 2018 and 2019.
- Thom Roker, Annerley

Steven May to Melbourne for pick five (on traded from Jesse Hogan trade to Fremantle). Then have picks two, three and five in this year's 'super-draft'
- Mike Litorous, Coolongatta

Kade Kolodjashnij and a third round pick to Collingwood for Tom Langdon.
- Christian Nashed, Carrara

GWS Giants

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'No.1 ruck No.1 priority'

Getting in a good ruckman to support Dawson Simpson is non-negotiable. We should get the absolute best trades for Dylan Shiel and Rory Lobb. Our midfield is good (Tom Scully hardly played this year) and our defence is fine.
- Sean Griffiths, Liverpool

'Time up for the General'

We need a young but solid ruck presence. We need to cut our losses on the General (Jonathon Patton), and trade for a Braydon Preuss (North Melbourne) or Sean Darcy (Fremantle). Bring in an elite small forward/midfielder to replace Brett Deledio in time and another in-an-under midfielder to replace Ryan Griffen.
- AMart, West Sydney

'Don't let Shiel go'

I would start by trying to clear up some cap space. Moving Rory Lobb, Jeremy Finlayson and Will Setterfield as well as other fringe players in a bid to try and keep Dylan Shiel on the list is the way to go.
- Clinton Howell, Ballarat

DREAM TRADES

Trade Rory Lobb to North Melbourne for Braydon Preuss.
- James Thomas, Croydon

Trade Dylan Shiel to Hawthorn in exchange for Jonathon Ceglar and Hawthorn's first-round pick.
- Solly Marshall, Nhill

Dylan Shiel to Essendon for Pick No.9, Jordan Ridley, Travis Colyer and Aaron Francis.
- Luke Kelly, Mildura

WHO'S LEAVING YOUR CLUB? All the latest retirements and delistings

Hawthorn

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Go shopping for young experience'

I would definitely find more 'experienced' players that are younger but have a lot of experience in AFL. I would be trying to get a few more like James Sicily or Ryan Burton and the likes! They need to not be relying on the players like Poppy and Roughead because believe it or not in a few years they will be no more in AFL and a rapid decrease will rise in the quality of Hawthorn.
- Vicki Tunley, Adelaide, South Australia

'Make Shiel the priority'

Bring in Dylan Shiel and Scrimshaw. If unsuccessful on Shiel, go to the draft with a minimum 4 picks. Trade with Carlton/GC for Sam Collins.
- Rohan Doe, Geelong, Victoria

The Hawks are considered a very strong chance to snare Dylan Shiel. Picture: AFL Photos

'Lock down some keys'

Need key position forward, key position back and outside midfield run. Must be elite kicks.
- Garry Lee, Canberra, ACT

DREAM TRADES

Pick 14 and Ceglar to GWS in return for Shiel. Or this year's 1st round and next year's first round for Shiel.
- Thomas Williams, Gawler, South Australia

Dylan Shiel to Hawthorn in exchange for our 1st round pick and a 3rd round pick and maybe a future pick for next year.
- Daniel Trembath, Wandin, Victoria

Mitch McGovern for our second round pick and Taylor Duryea or Tim O'Brien.
- Kris B, Abbotsford, Victoria

Charlie Curnow in exchange for a first round draft pick.
- Ben McGill, Adelaide, South Australia

Melbourne

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Focus on defence'

The rebuilding stage at the Dees is complete so we need to fill in the gaps. Defence is the issue as we have 2 key defenders (Frost and Oscar) who have poor kicking abilities. May is the man who we need.
- Brad S, Darwin, Northern Territory

'Go for the big man'

Look for a back-up ruckman.  If Jesse wants to leave demand an established running player and Fremantle's first round pick.
- Charles Wilson, Brunswick West, Victoria

'Keep some and shoot for the Suns'

Keep Hogan if possible and wait for May. At all costs keep Hunt and vandenBerg. Bring in Kolodjashnij for outside run and a decent back up ruck. Although May this coming season would be intriguing.
- Travis Thompson, Chelsea Heights, Victoria

DREAM TRADES

Andrew Gaff for nothing (free agency baby).
- Andy Dunn, Geelong, Victoria

Trade Hogan for two first round draft picks + get Stevie May.
- Molly Smith, Armadale, Vic, Australia

Get Dusty Martin, Patrick Dangerfield and Lance Franklin
- Nathan Tepper, Eltham, Victoria

Jeff Garlett to GWS for Lachie Whitfield. More expected trade: North to trade pick 11 to Port for Polec, Brisbane to trade pick 5 to Freo for Neale, Freo to trade pick 5 to Port for 10 and 11, Freo to trade pick 6, 10 and 77 to Melbourne for Jesse Hogan and pick 86, Melbourne to trade pick 6, 77 and Hunt to the Gold Coast for May, Kolodjashnij and pick 74.
- Stephen Campbell, Mosman, New South Wales

WHEN DOES TRADE PERIOD START? All the key dates

North Melbourne

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Be aggressive'

We have a good group of middle to older age players in Ziebell, Tarrant, Brown, Higgins and Cunnington. If we add outside speed and a quality midfielder in the form of Gaff, Hall and Polec. If the Kangaroos add these players we will be in real contention for the top four and the premiership.
- Declan Mason, Perth, Western Australia

Will North Melbourne's long pursuit of Andrew Gaff pay off? Picture: AFL Photos

'Get busy with a view to 2019'

Our 1st pick to GWS for their 1st pick plus Will Setterfield. That 1st pick traded to Port Adelaide in exchange for Jared Polec & Karl Amon. If Preuss 100% wants out, we demand Jayden Hunt & a 2nd round pick. We move Ryan Clarke to Sydney for Nic Newman, Alex Johnson plus a 3rd round. We use that 3rd round pick to bring in Aaron Hall. We bring Dan Menzel across from Geelong on a 2yr deal. Between him, wood & Garner one will be fit & able to play as a 3rd forward. If the football gods are with us Andrew Gaff signs! We take our picks to the draft & recruit Tarryn Thomas & Bailey Scott. Retain our picks for next year and salary cap space for Josh Kelly! Suddenly North Melbourne is no joke!
- Stuart Auksorius, Hobart, Tasmania

'Bring in some ball winners'

Aggressively, we need hard but ball getters in the middle. Polec is a good buy but someone like Nathan Jones or Jack Viney would work well. We need people who aren't afraid of putting their head where it shouldn't belong.
- Sean Vanholland, Canberra, ACT

DREAM TRADES

Max Gawn for Todd Goldstein.
- Adam Silver, Glenelg, South Australia

Andrew Gaff, Jared Polec, Aaron Hall and Nic Newman for not much.  If Ryan Clarke wants to Sydney, straight swap for Nic Newman.
- Aaron Reed, Perth, South Australia

Preuss & second round draft pick in exchange for first round pick. On-trade that first round pick to port for Polec and keep our first round pick for our academy player from Tasmania.
- Alex Jovanovski, Northcote, Victoria

Andrew Gaff to North Melbourne in exchange for Jed Anderson and pick 28.
- Ben Peppe, Howlong, New South Wales

Port Adelaide

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Be ruthless'

Trade players who are frequently inconsistent due to too many roles within the team. Have players stick to a certain role within the midfield and small forwards. Also be moving Ryder forward and trading for another ruckman to free Dixon up.
- Griffin Gamble, Perth, Western Australia

'Change starts at the top'

David Koch out, Eddie McGuire in.
- Janette Wood, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia

'Go large or go home'

Make a big play in trading. Look to trade Amon, Johnson, Hewett for picks, make a play for Willie Rioli, Mason Cox/Brodie Grundy and a hard running mid/defender.
- T-Jay Christmann, Blakeview, South Australia

'Clear the decks'

I would get rid of all the players that PA brought in last season and send them back to where they came!
- John Tonkin, Brisbane, Queensland

DREAM TRADES

Lycett to Port Adelaide for a second rounder or gaining a first rounder for Polec to North.
- Scott Llewellyn, Adelaide, South Australia

Trade Tom Rockliff and Jack Watts for Dustin Martin.
- Michael De-Zen, Adelaide, South Australia

Polec for Pick 10 (North Melbourne) Karl Amon for Pick 32 (Hawthorn) Jasper Pittard for 26 (Gold Coast) if Wingard was to leave I'd want 2 first round picks between 10 and 20. I'd then be using Pick 9 and 10 with second round picks 21, 26, 27 and 32 to move higher up in the draft to target 2 of Jack Lukosius, Isak Rankine, Connor Rozee or Jackson Hately.
- Dylan Martin, Lilydale, Victoria

Polac to North Melbourne and Lycett or Preuss to the Power. Would also consider Wingard to Hawks for Isaac Smith.
- Matt Williams, West Beach South Australia

Richmond

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Be brutal'

All. Guns. Blazing. Get as many quality players as possible, get rid of as much dead wood as possible, and aim for as many flags that we can get. Clear some of the small forwards out as there is excess, and use that cap space on big names, whether it be Tom Lynch, Brad Crouch, Tom Scully or whoever. Make our best 22 as good as possible.
- Leo Rosman, Ringwood

Brad Crouch may not be a realistic target for the Tigers ... but then again. Picture: AFL Photos

'Extra depth required'

We need a ruckman to help out Toby Nankervis, so looking for another ruckman can be key to ease the work load on him. Richmond should look for another onball bull to trade for such as Jacob Hopper or Sam Powell-Pepper to help with centre clearances.
- Zac Foulds, Mentone

'Start preparing for ageing stars'

Look for any obvious weakness in the current list, and where we can trade current players for big gains. Richmond has more midfielders than it can play in any one game, so trading a few of its fringe players for youth to replace ageing key position players in the future (Jack Riewoldt and Alex Rance, for example) as well as runners like Shaun Grigg and Bachar Houli. Brandon and Corey Ellis, Anthony Miles and Sam Lloyd could bring value, as would Jacob Townsend if Richmond gets Tom Lynch as seems likely. They may even look at offloading a small forward, or developing one for a move to the midfield.
- Troy Watson, Ipswich

DREAM TRADES

Brad Crouch for Tyson Stengle and a second-round pick.
- PC, South Melbourne

Will Brodie from Gold Coast in exchange for Miles, Ellis and a second-round draft pick.
- Chrismond Tiger, Melbourne

Our first-round pick for Tom Scully.
- Yasin Sahin, Broadmeadows

St Kilda

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Go young and exciting'

Get young, quick players who can break the lines. We need players with elite skills by foot and hand. Someone to help support Jack Steven in the midfield. Trade out Hickey, too slow and use pick three on the best young player there is or trade for a big name. Get some excitement around the club.
- Natalie Hunter, Melbourne, Victoria

'Look for forwards'

St Kilda needs a forward line with greater potency and ballgetters with better kicking efficiency.
- Adam Cooper, Brisbane, Queensland

'Back the truck up to Shiel'

Trade for Dan Hannebery as surprisingly unlike most AFL players he actually supposedly wants to be at the Saints, then throw everything we have at Shiel as he may be the only 'big' player Saints could land for some time plus a midfield of Shiel, Hannebery and Steven could be deadly.
- Thomas Dev, Glen Iris, Victoria

DREAM TRADES

First round pick and a future second rounder to GWS for Dylan Shiel, and Dylan Shiel and GWS 2018 first rounder.
- Sam Buckley, Melbourne, Victoria

Dylan Shiel to St Kilda in exchange for Jack Newnes and pick three this year.
- Gregory McBob, Beaumaris, Victoria

Josh Kelly and second round pick to St Kilda for first round this year pick plus future first.
David Ford, Pakenham, Victoria

Shiel for a washing machine and we'll throw in Dunstan.
Harry Peel, Melbourne, Victoria

Sydney Swans

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Get a buddy for Buddy'

Two key needs: An experienced tall forward to support Buddy and some pace and outside run from the midfield.
- David Sidd, Australia

'Bring in fresh faces'

Attempt to gain a selection in the top 6-7 to use before a likely bid for Nick Blakey needs to be matched. Landing Ryan Clarke and Aaron vandenBerg would then shore up the midfield and Blakey as an academy pick would address key position forward depth, so landing Steven May would help prepare for life after Heath Grundy
- Jason McLaughlin, Sydney, New South Wales

'Time to start again'

Probably need to rebuild. The Swans are an ageing list and making two or three changes isn't going to bring the club closer than three or four years to its next flag. Need at least two mids and a key back.
- Ed Boyax, Melbourne, Victoria

DREAM TRADES

Get current or future second round picks for Rohan and Hannebery or try and move up the draft order.
- Patrick Griffin, Brisbane, Queensland

Daniel Hannebery for Nic Nat.
- Piece Cooper, Epping, New South Wales

Steven May from Gold Coast, Nic Newman to Gold Coast and Mitch McGovern from Adelaide, Gary Rohan to Adelaide plus second round pick.
- Michael Herrick, Port Pirie, South Australia

Hogan has a change of heart and flies North. Hogan for Vandenberg and a pick 15-20
- Jimmy C, Tumby Bay

Some optimistic Swans fans would like to see Nic Nat in the red and white. Picture: AFL Photos

West Coast Eagles

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Keep the guns and get some more'

Do everything possible to keep Gaff and Lycett at the club, but explore the possibility of bringing in Rory Lobb or Jordan Roughead as back-up rucks.
- Damian Christie, Preston, Victoria

'Bring in experience'

Get in a couple of 100-gamers to add depth and experience to club – keep growing the young players.
- JD Hummerston, Albany, Western Australia

'Look outside the square'

Expect the unexpected. Aim for the player that fits what is missing in the team's game-plan. Look for a multi-positional player that plays outside and inside.
- Anthony Watson, Albany Western Australia

DREAM TRADES

Lose Gaff to free agency, which should give a top-five compensation pick. Send that pick to Geelong for Tim Kelly and Mitch Duncan.
- Josh Bartlett, Sydney, New South Wales

Max Gawn to West Coast for Daniel Venables and future first-round and second-round picks.
- Joshua O'Rourke, Butler

Liam Duggan plus third round draft pick to Western Bulldogs for Tim English.
- Jayden Kennedy, Perth, Western Australia

Gaff to North Melbourne for two first round picks then Lycett to Port for one first round pick. Send first rounder to Geelong for Kelly then a late first rounder for Lobb and the remaining first round pick bundled with a first round pick next year for Hogan. I would also be trying to bring Aaron Hall to the Eagles if Gaff leaves as Hall and Nic Nat are like family and Hall has elite run and tackle ability.
- Steven Tomcsanyi, Albany, Western Australia

Western Bulldogs

YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER

'Get the big boys'

We need to look for two key things: A key forward and a reliable ruckman who is always our number one option. We have a few good draft picks we can use to either draft these types of players or use them to trade for them. I think our biggest decision is how we choose to use our pick six if we do draft or if we trade for a big name player.
- Blake Miatke, Mount Gambier, South Australia

'Just get it done!'

IT'S DO OR DIE! We've had two disappointing seasons after the amazing premiership, other clubs are getting bigger and better. The list needs a bit more class and some X-factor. Go hard for Wingard and Shiel, we have the money, we have the stars. We need the AFL to start fearing the bulldogs. We're coming.
Marcus B, Taylors Hill, Victoria

'Look after the pillars'

We need a forward and a key backman. An exciting player like Chad Wingard in the forward line would be great for us. A key backman we could use could be a Steven May type player.
- Benjamin White, Strathmore, Victoria

DREAM TRADES

Dustin Martin, Tom Lynch, Jeremy McGovern and Toby Greene in exchange for future fourth round draft picks.
- Barry Bulldog, Bulldogville

Tom Campbell to Collingwood in exchange for Grundy and first round draft pick.
- John K Martin, Coogee, Western Australia

Chad Wingard to the Bulldogs for our 2019 first-round pick and Marcus Adams.
- Ty Weinert, Brisbane, Queensland

Zac Smith from Geelong for Mitch Honeychurch and a third round pick.
- Matthew Harte, Rosanna

Bulldogs fans are keen to see Chad Wingard join in 2019. Picture: AFL Photos
