GEELONG forward Tom Hawkins will front the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday night, charged with making intentional contact with an umpire during the Cats' 61-point win against Greater Western Sydney on Friday night.
Hawkins pushed away Dean Margetts' left hand in the second quarter.
It was assessed by Match Review Officer Michael Christian as intentional conduct, no early plea is possible for Hawkins.

He was involved in an incident with Giants defender Nick Haynes moments before, bumping the backman.
The key forward was offered a $2000 fine for the rough conduct charge, judged as careless conduct with low impact to the body.

It was the same finding for Giant Adam Tomlinson, who can also accept a $2000 sanction for rough conduct, on Geelong's Jed Bews.
Cats speedster Jordan Murdoch's tackle on tough GWS midfielder Jacob Hopper was looked at, but contact was found not to be careless, with both players hitting the ground simultaneously, and Christian found it was a reasonable action.
Geelong coach Chris Scott told Melbourne radio station SEN earlier on Saturday he would support Hawkins being referred directly to the Tribunal.
"It's not a bad process sometimes just to put it up (at the Tribunal) - not even put a case forward to say 'We definitely think this requires suspension', but just to say, 'Maybe it requires a little bit more investigation'," Scott said.
"Contact with umpires is a serious matter and we shouldn't be flippant about it, but not withstanding what some people would interpret from the vision, I trust Tom implicitly and if he says he didn't deliberately do it, I believe him."
