STAR Richmond forward Jack Riewoldt was in full training at Punt Road Oval on Thursday after recovering from multiple off-season operations.
Riewoldt, 28, had a right ankle reconstruction at the end of last season after what was initially supposed to be a minor procedure.
He also went under the knife twice for the little finger in his right hand. The Tiger originally had it fused but the titanium plate snapped after three weeks, and he was forced to have surgery again.
The dual Coleman medallist returned to training before Christmas and, barring any setbacks, will be right for the Tigers' pre-season campaign.
Riewoldt kicked 48 goals last year, but said last November that the finger complaint had caused him some problems with his goalkicking.
"You don't want to make excuses but (the finger) became a little bit of an issue with being able to hold the ball towards the end of the season. I've sneakily held the footy a few times with it now and I'm really confident with where it's at," he told RSN.
Riewoldt booted 3.6 in the final three weeks of last season.
Steven Morris completed run-throughs on Thursday as he recovers from a right knee reconstruction. He tore his ACL against North Melbourne in round 11.
Morris, 28, is contracted until the end of this year.
