RECRUITS Lachie Keeffe and Dylan Buckley will wear new jumper numbers for Greater Western Sydney next season.
Keeffe, who went to the Giants as a delisted free agent from Collingwood, will wear the No.25, two digits up from the number he wore for the Magpies.
Buckley, who was rookie-listed by the club after 39 games in six years for Carlton, will sport the No.43.
He previously wore No.7 for the Blues after being drafted under the father-son rule.
The GWS draft crop also received their numbers, with first-round pick Aiden Bonar having no hesitation in taking the No.10 vacated by new Bomber Devon Smith.
Sam Taylor (15), Brent Daniel (16), Zac Langdon (17), Nick Shipley (34) and Jack Buckley (41) all received their numbers.
Langdon, a mature-age recruit from Western Australia, takes the jumper previously worn by Steve Johnson, while local recruit Buckley has a big jumper to fill – literally – taking the number Shane Mumford made his own in four seasons with the Giants.
